Discovery questionnaire

draft

Fill in with the client during the onboarding call (Week 1). Open questions, verbatim answers. At the end, set your archetype diagnosis (admin-only, never visible to the client). Save or Cmd+S.

1. Story

How the activity started
The trigger, the first sale, the pivot. Raw.

2. Target persona

Who they actually work for
Age, situation, what they buy, what they look for, their own words. The more specific, the better.

3. Current audience

Digital baseline
IG followers, TikTok, newsletter, monthly sales, repeat customers. Anything countable.

4. Visual taste

What they find beautiful
Doesn't have to be your sector. Fashion, design, architecture, photography, anything that speaks to you visually.

5. Anti-models

What they do NOT want to look like
The anti-models. Useful to define by opposition.

6. Desired voice

How they want to be perceived
Intimate / authoritative / funny / serious / wise / rebellious / craftsman / scientific. Multiple registers OK.

7. Constraints

What is blocked or off-limits
Show yourself? Show your workshop? Name certain clients? State prices? Anything blocked.

8. Recurring narratives

Stories they already tell
The signature move, the anchor, the philosophy. What comes naturally when they talk about their craft.

9. Available resources

Time + gear + availability
Phone, camera, mic, lighting. How many hours per week they can put in.

10. Explicit veto

What they refuse upfront
No challenges, no talking heads, no jingles, no family appearances. Anything they refuse in advance.

Internal archetype (admin-only)

⚠ Your diagnosis. NEVER visible to the client. Pivot = editing.
Your gut feel, what you read between the lines, red flags, opportunities. Private.
