1. Open app.cal.com/event-types/5471202?tabName=advanced.
2. Recopy each question from this page (label + options) into Advanced → Booking questions → "Add a question". Use the EN wording above (Cal.com is in EN for byForja since 2026-05-30 pricing shift to USD).
3. Faster API alternative: PATCH https://api.cal.com/v2/event-types/5471202 with Bearer CAL_API_KEY (siloed wrangler secret on eo-backup-worker) and body {"bookingFields":[...]}. Options format: [{"label":"...","value":"..."}].
4. Rule: every event-type PATCH must include the FULL bookingFields payload, otherwise Cal.com resets to system defaults and wipes the custom ones.
